We were facing a dear family home of 50 years, full of memories and full of stuff! Jen guided us with a firm, organized hand and with such love and understanding. She knew when to keep us on track, and when to allow us a moment of reflection. We quite literally could not have done it without her. She built our timeline, boxed things, connected us with donations and buyers...She laughed at our family stories. And she's fun to hang with! We were constantly in awe at her perfectly-suited set of skills for this very specific job. Nothing but praise and gratitude for Jen!
Dealing with sorting through and parting with 45 years of our memories, my husband and I enlisted the help of Jen to guide us, organize us, and physically get us ready for a major downsizing move. From the minute we met Jen we knew that her personality, strong work ethic and wonderful smile and positive attitude would get us through the following weeks it took to accomplish this task. She managed to keep us positive, make us laugh, listened to us reminisce over items as they were boxed for storage, and always kept that positive attitude as she bustled about every minute of her contracted time and then some. She arranged for the best storage arrangements, arrival, packing, and disposal of other items not being taken with us. We could never have done any of this without her expertise, sound organization, and keeping us looking forward toward our goal. We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone needing the services she provides. 5+ stars to Jen!
A true professional from start to finish, she did an amazing job. She provided us with options for storage meeting various price points and had my husband's very busy tool storage space organized in no time. She also helped to drop off donations, organize by category (sports, baby stuff etc.) I would use Clarity and Order again in a heartbeat, not only does Jen understand how to organize, she has a thorough knowledge of Marin and services available for storage, donations and recycling. Five stars!
I had Jen organize and stage our luxury apartment in Sausalito, and she did an amazing job. Every day my husband comments on how much it feels like home and I couldn't agree more. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made great recommendations. Punctual, friendly, communicative, and just an overall joy to work with. My only regret is not finding her sooner!
